I am Mila Elshobary, a self-taught contemporary artist of Egyptian heritage, shaped by a life lived across three continents and a deep curiosity about the human experience. For me, art is more than creative expression. It is a language of the soul, a way to give form to emotions, spiritual insights, and truths that words cannot always capture. My artistic journey emerged through personal transformation, healing, and a growing connection to spirituality. Inspired by meditation, nature, human psychology, and the mysteries of consciousness, I create intuitively, allowing colors, movement, and symbolism to guide each piece. I am fascinated by the relationship between darkness and light, vulnerability and strength, the physical world and the unseen. My paintings often begin with a feeling, a vision during meditation, or a moment of profound realization. Through Soulscape Gallery, I create art that goes beyond aesthetics. Art that invites reflection, awakens emotion, and encourages us to look deeper within ourselves. I don't paint simply what I see.
